Gulberg Greens is the farmhouse and commercial society of IBECHS (Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society) in Islamabad. Farmhouses here are sold in Kanal sizes, and the society also has commercial areas such as Business Avenue, Down Town, Business Square and the Gulberg Civic Center. The map is built on the IBECHS Gulberg Greens Revised/Extended Layout Plan (March 2018). How do I find my plot on the Gulberg Greens map?
Open the interactive map, tap 📍 Find plot, choose the block and type the farmhouse number. The IBECHS plan prints only some farmhouse numbers (mostly the first and last plot of each row), so about 316 numbers are searchable. Gulberg Greens numbers the 6,000 SY farmhouses and the smaller farmhouses separately, so pick the right one if a number appears twice.
Is the map free?
Yes. The map is free to use, with no sign-up. It is made by Chishti Marketing Pvt Ltd, Authorized Dealer of IBECHS, Islamabad.
Are the plot locations exact?
No. The plan is fitted to satellite imagery (about ±6 m, up to ~10 m), and the map shows where the number is printed on the plan. Positions are approximate, so please confirm the exact plot with us before booking.
How do I get directions to a plot?
Tap the plot pin and choose Directions – Drive or Walk. Google Maps opens with the route from your current location. You can also share the plot on WhatsApp or copy the plot link to send to family or a buyer.
